Refund policy
At Komal’s Sweets, every sweet is freshly prepared with care and love. Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we want you to have the best experience with us. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.
If the product is damaged during transit or defective, we will issue a replacement or a refund.
If you receive an incorrect product, we will send you the correct item or process a refund.
Since taste is subjective, we cannot offer refunds for personal preferences.
How to Raise a Complaint
To request a replacement or refund, please email us at komalssweets@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9945696707 within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your request and get back to you.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. In case of replacements, we will dispatch the new product at the earliest.
Important Notes
No returns are accepted due to the perishable nature of our sweets. Refunds/replacements are provided only for valid quality or delivery issues. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and contact details while placing the order.
