At Komal’s Sweets, we take pride in delivering fresh and authentic sweets to your doorstep with care.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day. During festivals or peak demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timelines

We ship orders across India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive delivery earlier, while remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your package in real-time.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural calamities). Komal’s Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. In case of an incorrect address leading to non-delivery, we will not be able to refund or reship the order.

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship only within India.
